I have to have a 5-7 minute class activity after my speech and presentation. It has to do something with stage fright/speech anxiety. I was thinking to do something like HEAVEN..and they would have to describe them selves with each letter of the word. Then they would have to publically tell every one about them selves. I would try to show that stage fright is (typically) increased when the speaker is talking about something unfamiliar or formal, and decreases when speaking about something familiar and casual.

You might also want to show that (typically) it is easier to speak when you are not forced to look at the people you are speaking to. This is an age-old trick of public speaking, to look just over the audience’s heads while speaking.

There is also a trick that is taught, to try and imagine your audience in their underwear. But, you probably won’t get much cooperation!

    Good luck!

    Hope this helps!

I have an idea once you have given your speech an presentation. Do this simple exercise that would not only be fun, but also entertaining for your crowd. You can try this with two of your friends at first. You may want to let your speech revolve around hoe difficult it is for humans to make contact with each other and no matter how confident you may be, you will still have some jitters. The excersie will revolve around this.

Take two random persons form the crowd. At first preferably a boy and a girl. Place the boy at one end of the room and place the girl at the other end of the room. Tell the girl to gradually advance towards the boy, tell the boy as soon as the gilr makes a step, he should make a step too. This will continue until they meet face to face, or until their noses touch, you would be surprised to see the grining iof thier faces. Obviously they are uncomfortable, prrof to your presentation that people make people uncomfortable. You can then challenge the class to see if anyone can do it without laughing. Boys and girls will raise their hands, but in this case you select two boys. The uncomfortable sexual tension will have them burst in laughter, you can do this with tw girls but girls tend to be more secure with thier sexuality.

hope this help it definitley helped me!
