Very beautiful location… Your luck here in new york all we have is garbage and sewer invested water. Uggg…

    • BrainScanMedia:

The part where your saying let your anxiety wash away in the water to sea, you should make an anxiety relation cd or mp3 for people. Just an idea…

The Cali. coast is beautiful but so damn expensive to live there. And often rather windy, chilly and/or foggy. I am actually starting a line of relaxation and ambient recordings CD’s. I did a nature recording already of one of the local habitats. But you’re right, I should do some where I am leading the session with my voice.

    • BrainScanMedia:

Yeah I liked the part with the waves sounds and you talking about letting the anxiety go out to sea… it was relaxing. This is why I mentioned it.

    • bwelmhouse1:

I was going to do one of my recordings that day, but the wind was so bad, it wouldn’t have worked. But, I just have to find a beach facing away from the wind with a cliff behind it.

I enjoy watching your growing accomplishments, as an agoraphobic it gives me hope. I have a budding interest in videography also. I wonder if you’d share your technical aspects (perhaps in a tutorial or just a post) of your vids. In particular..camara, editing program, rendering settings, etc. Thanks and cheers to your successes.

I was playing with my kids and got a snapping hip. I couldn’t move from the pain and was literally lying on the ground for more than 5 min. Those injures normally take long to recover from. I decided to live like a healthy person, I was being careful with my movements, but I wasn’t behaving like some one with an injure, I was acting as healthy as possible, stretching the pain further than what was comfortable. After 2 days there was no pain left, and a week later I was perfectly ok.

    • Tovragd:

Hey Man! Congratulations on your progress. You have definitely come a long way in overcoming agoraphobia. I find your story inspiring. I hope I can add a bit by telling you something that happened to me not long ago.

    • Tovragd:

My point is: Now you have overcome most of your anxiety for as far as I can see. I would start to label my videos as A new life free of anxiety or something like that which can give you the idea of being free of it. Anxiety is a past condition of yours and if you learn to address it as such you may be fully functional very soon. I love what you’re doing with your logo and all. Keep up the good work. I’m sure you’re helping a lot of people. You can be proud of yourself. Best wishes!
